Shipping policy
Most non personalized orders ship same day or one business day after the order is placed. We ship via USPS or UPS. The price is based on the weight of your order. Orders are not shipped on Sunday or major US Holidays. Message us for our current turn around time for embroidered items.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Currently we ship via USPS and UPS. We are not responsible for any items that go missing during transit or are misplaced upon delivery. Once your package leaves the shop, we are no longer responsible should it get lost. If you'd like a signature confirmation, shipping insurance or alternate expedited shipping methods, please email bottlesandbowsboutique@gmail.com at the time of your order or use the chat feature on our website.
*Please note that if your order contains Pre-Order items, your order will ship complete to the respective date listed in the product description. If you need an item sooner, we suggest placing two separate orders, so that you do not have to wait on the Pre-Order item.
